Booking Procedure For KGB Deals Customers

This page is for customers who bought a discount voucher from the KGB DEALS website during December 2011. These vouchers are no longer available.
Thanks for your interest in booking a speedboat tour with Loch Lomond Leisure Scotland.
On this page you will find some general information about your voucher and how to book.
Please read all of the information on this page and when you are ready to submit your booking enquiry then please complete the form at the bottom of this page.
Once you have submitted your booking enquiry please note that we aim to get back to you within 48 hours but due to the volume of enquiries we ask you to please allow a maximum of 5 days for your enquiry to be dealt with.

#1. THE VOUCHER
- Your voucher from KGB DEALS is worth a £60 spend with LOCH LOMOND LEISURE SCOTLAND
- Your voucher is valid throughout our 2012 season and will expire on 30th September 2012
- Your Voucher can be used for the 30 minute boat tour [value £60]
- Your Voucher can also be upgraded at the time of booking with 60 minute, 90 minute and longer tours available [extra cost involved]
#2. THE TOURS
We offer 4 types of speedboat tour:
- The Basic Speedboat Tour
- The Speedboat Tour and Island Visit
- The Speedboat Tour and Meal
- The Speedboat Pub Tour

We hope that you will find the route planner both fun and easy to use. Once on the route planner page just click on the blue button at the top which says 'get started'. The first thing is to choose your basic route and you can then add island visits as well a range of food and drink stops [if required].
#3. THE DATES AND AVAILABILITY
Your voucher is valid for weekday bookings [Monday to Friday].
If you want to use your voucher at the weekend then you will need to upgrade for the 60 or 90 minute tour [longer tours are also available].

#4. THE BOOKING PROCEDURE
In order to assist with the booking process it would be extremely helpful if you could please submit a first choice date and a second choice date [as opposed to just stating the first choice date].
It would also be helpful if you could please state a time range [eg. before 12, or after 12] as opposed to just stating an exact time [eg. 12].

#5. THE FAQ's
Some frequently asked questions:
- The boat trip is suitable for all ages; OAP's, adults, children, toddlers, babies, etc. ALL AGES ARE WELCOME!
- Your departure point will be Luss pier, Luss, Loch Lomond, G83 8NZ
- Your booking is valid for 1 boat for a maximum of 7 persons [8 including our driver]. No exceptions!
- You must arrive to the pier 10 minutes early
- ALL customers will be provided with life jackets. This is compulsory for your extra comfort and safety
#6. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once booked you will be permitted to reschedule your tour once and once only. No exceptions!
Any re-scheduling must be completed no less than 7 days prior to the date of your booking. No less than 7 days. No exceptions!
